At Nectar Hydration, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
